Community Housing
Community Housing/Supported Living
Community Housing Services is a less intensive, residential service staffed 24 hours each day, seven days each week. Community Housing service programs maintain a specialized, residential adult foster care license.
Community Living Supports
Community Living Supports assists persons who live outside of a group setting—with their family in their own home. Services are based on the person’s served needs. Generally, Community Living Supports are offered a few hours a day, a few days each week.
Community Housing/Supported Living is provided in partnership with individuals, and is designed to assist the person served to achieve success in and satisfaction with community living.
The services address the desires, goals, strengths, abilities, needs, health and safety, and life span issues of persons served.
Supported Independent Living
Our Supported Independent Living Programs offer a rehabilitative, semi-independent residential setting for individuals with chronic, ongoing mental health problems and intellectual and developmental disabilities who are achieving or maintaining their optimal level of functioning.
Care levels vary, but generally individuals do not require 24-hour protection and supervision.
